- Edward Smith Added 2018-04-11★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have spent a lot of money in this store over the years but recently ordered an item which I thought was a little expensive, before ordering I checked what it would cost in Vancouver but ordered locally as I like to support the community. Well i saw the bill and said it was over $100 more than Vancouver and maybe 200 more than online. Justine said that was incorrect they had to charge a set price, she did check later and confirmed the lower pricing. Her other comment rather than being sympathetic was she should have charged me more! Really disappointed in the manner in which this was handled, customer service and social media are big today.
